Boneless Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredientes

  • 2 whole boneless breasts
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 c. chicken gravy (I use canned)

Direcciones

  1. Cut breasts in half to have 4 pcs. Lb. with mallet till 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Prepare 1 c. of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing. (Bring 1/3 c. water and 2 Tbsp. of butter to boil. Stir in 1 c. of dry stuffing mix.)
  2. Put 1/4 c. of prepared stuffing on center of each piece of chicken. Roll up the chicken around the stuffing. Place seam down in baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Pour chicken gravy over all. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
