Ingredientes

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1 pkt Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 2 lb stew beef
  • 8 ounce fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 8 ounce baby carrots

Direcciones

  1. Mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add in meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir. Cook on HIGH 4 hrs and LOW 4 hrs (or possibly just LOW for about 8 to 10 hrs).
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
