Boopie's Linguine With Clam Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 c. fresh minced parsley
  • 1 lg. can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 sm. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 sm. can of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can Roland small whole clams

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic in butter. Gradually add in tomato sauce, water and crushed tomatoes, blend. Add in basil, salt, pepper and simmer 15 min. Add in minced parsley and simmer for an additional 1/2 hour covered. Prepare linguine in boiling salted water. Immediately before serving drain clams and add in to sauce. Serve over pasta.
