Ingredientes

  • Filo crust for triangles or possibly thin-pie crust
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 mushrooms, minced
  • 1 mint leaf, minced
  • 1 pound lean grnd meat, any kind, lamb is Turkish

Direcciones

  1. Precook all together. Lightly thicken a little bouillon and fold in. Place a bit on each small triangle of dough. Seal and bake at 400 degrees till brown.
