Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce. veal, cut & pounded
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 warm peppers, cleaned & cooked
  • 1 sweet pepper, cleaned & cooked
  • Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Direcciones

  1. Dredge veal in bread crumbs and cook in warm oil till brown on both sides. Remove oil and add in garlic and peppers. Saute/fry for 1 minute and serve.
