Receta Boston Style Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 3 c. raw potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. green peas
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 c. soy lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cook onion, potatoes, celery seed, oil, and salt till almost done. Then add in peas and parsley. When peas are done, turn down heat and add in soy lowfat milk. Simmer till warm. Don't boil.
