Ingredientes

  • 10 x ancho chilies stemmed, seeded
  • 3 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 2 ounce white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. anatto seeds
  • 2 x garlic cloves Kosher salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Simply puree all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Season afterwards with salt and pepper and begin marinating.
  2. This is a great Southwestern marinade for seafood, chicken, even beef tenderloin!
