Ingredientes

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/3 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter lowfat milk
  • 1 pch freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 1 pch nutmeg
  • 1 pch cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients; let mix rest for about 20 min. Heat a small nonstick frying pan and spray with nonstick coating.
  2. Ladle approximately 2 ounces of batter into the pan, letting the batter just set, then flip the crepe over, cook briefly on this side and remove.
  3. This recipe yields 12 servings.
