Ingredientes

  • 1 pound red candied cherries
  • 1 pound green candied cherries
  • 1 pound candied pineapple
  • 1 pound pecans
  • 1 (15 ounce.) pkg. golden brown raisins
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. bourbon
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cut cherries, pineapple and pecans into small pcs. Combine with 1/2 c. flour, toss to coat well. Set aside. Combine remaining flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; set aside. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, beat well.
  2. Stir into fruit mix. Add in flour mix. Drop by tsp. on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 min. (There will be mostly fruit, very little batter - do not over bake).
  3. Makes 9 dozen.
