Ingredientes

- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 - 1inch piece ginger, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 - 4-6oz filets of salmon
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, oil, ginger and garlic in a small bowl:
