- In a large saute/fry pan, heat the butter and saute/fry the shrimp on medium-high heat for 2 min, or possibly till the shrimp turn pink. Add in the whiskey and flambe.
- Add in the cream and reduce till just slightly thick. Add in the salt and black pepper. Serve immediately with the toast points.
