Ingredientes

  • 1 x 9" pie shell or possibly crust
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter melted filling
  • 1 lrg egg separated
  • 4 1/4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. bourbon
  • 3/4 c. pecans minced coarsely
  • 1/2 pt heavy cream whipped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. CRUST-Mix all, put in pan and bake at 325 for 6 to 8 min. Refrigeratebefore filling.
  2. FILLING-Beat white and beat yolk for 1 minute. Combine. Add in sugar, bourbon and pecans. Mix in cream and vanilla. Pour in shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Freeze and serve frzn.
