Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 10 ounce Frzn Boysenberries, thawed
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier Liqueur
  • 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped

  5. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350F for 10 min. Cold.
  6. Drain Boysenberries, reserving juice. Combine juice, water and gelatin in saucepan and let stand for 5 min. Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves. Remove and cold for 10 min.
  7. Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed till blended. Add in Boysenberries, Grand Marnier, and gelatin mixutre. Beat on low speed till blended. Refrigeratein bowl till partially set. Gently fold whipped cream into mix and spoon into springform pan. Refrigerate6-14 hrs.
  8. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Remove sides. Top with fresh Boysenberries and additional whipped cream if you like.
  9. Makes 10 servings.
