16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (thin filets) ¼ cup Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce ¼ cup Not Ketchup Spiced Fig 2 Tablespoons Boysenberry jam 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 shallot finely chopped 1 Tablespoon butter ¼ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon pepper
In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, Not Ketchup and the jam. set aside. In a large non-stick skillet set on medium high, melt the butter. Add the shallots and saute until soft and translucent. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pan fry about 5 minutes. Flip to the other side, add the garlic. Pour about half the sauce into the pan and continue to cook another 5 to 6 minutes. serve immediately with the left over sauce. 3.2.2708

While I didn’t actually use a grill for this recipe you certainly can.
