Ingredientes

  • 2 can Pear halves
  • 1 x 6-ounce pkg Boysenberry gelatin pwdr
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 med Frzn Boysenberries (or possibly 2 to 3 c. fresh) Whipped cream (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Use pear juice and water to make 1-1/2 c. liquid. Heat in sauce pan and dissolve gelatin.
  2. Stir in lemon juice. Cold to room temperature. Place pears in bottom of pyrex dish or possibly gelatin mold. Blend Boysenberries into gelatin mix. (If Boysenberries are frzn, this will set up very fast.)
  3. Pour mix over pears, place in refrigerator. Use whipped cream when serving, if you like.
