Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Boysenberries
  • 1 c. Sugar - you can vary this according to your taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Water - you can vary this according to the desired thickness of the sauce Grated lemon or possibly orange peel and cinamon (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In a small sauce pan, over medium heat combine all ingredients. Mix so which the Boysenberries become a paste, this will happen as the mix heats. It should be ready when the sauce begins to boil. You may also want to strain the sauce to get rid of the Boysenberry seeds. Great over ice-cream or possibly cake.
