Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Boysenberries
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. kirsch

Direcciones

  1. Combine the Boysenberries with the sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Taste for sweetness, and add in more sugar if you like.
  2. Remove from heat and strain.
  3. Combine the cornstarch with a little of the Boysenberry mix. Heat the remaining mix and add in the cornstarch mix. Cook, stirring, till sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and kirsch.
  5. Serve with fritters.
