Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Boysenberries
  • 4 x Apples (pared, cored & Sliced)
  • 4 c. Apple juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. Water

Direcciones

  1. Pick over berries- throw away stems & bruised berries. Place berries & apples in pot. Pour in apple juice. Simmer 20 min. Mash. Strain through sieve. Add in sugar & cinnamon. Mix cornstarch in water. Add in to soup. Bring to boil. Remove & serve warm or possibly chilled. If chilled, top with whipping cream.
