Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. boysenberry jam
  • 1 Tbsp. creme de cassis liqueur, *see tip
  • 16 1/2 ounce boysenberries in syrup, liquid removed
  • 6 slc angel food cake, 3/4-inch-thick
  • 3 c. frzn nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

  2. In medium bowl, combine jam and liqueur; mix well. Mix in boysenberries.
  3. Place 1 slice of cake on each of 6 dessert plates. Top each with 1/2 c. frzn yogurt; spoon about 1/4 c. boysenberry mix over each. Sprinkle desserts with powdered sugar.
  4. TIP:* Two tsp. brandy or possibly 1/2 tsp. brandy extract can be substituted for the creme de cassis liqueur.
  5. Amount
