Ingredientes

  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 6 Tbsp. Boysenberry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil SALAD
  • 1 lrg Head red leaf lettuce minced
  • 1 lrg Head romaine lettuce minced
  • 1 bn Arugula, minced
  • 3/4 lb Mushrooms, minced
  • 3/4 lb Tomatoes, minced
  • 4 x Green onions, minced
  • 1/4 c. Chopped fresh dill

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 5 vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in extra virgin olive oil. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Add in sufficient dressing to season to taste and toss well.
