Boysenberry Vinaigrette With Gelatin

Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 c. Cool water
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1/4 c. Boysenberry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cool water and lemon juice in blender. Let stand 2 min. Add in boiling water & process on low till gelatin is dissolved, about 2 min. Combine vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Add in vinegar & sugar and the remaining ingredients to the gelatin and chill for 2 hrs.
  2. Stir before serving. Good for 50 days, covered and refrigerated.
