Ingredientes

  • 3 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 x Egg lightly beaten
  • 12 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. Fresh Boysenberries
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Boysenberries
  • 1 1/2 ounce Oregon Boysenberry wheat beer
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Whisk ingredients for the bread together till just combined. Pour into 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan and bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
  2. Mash together sauce ingredients with a spoon and strain 1/2 of the sauce.
  3. Add in back into unstrained portion and drizzle over bread.
