Ingredientes

  • 2 quart Berry juice
  • 1 1/3 pt Water
  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. French brandy

Direcciones

  1. Combine juice, water, and sugar, let stand 3 days in a cold place Skim well. Let stand to ferment 6 days longer. Remove froth and add in brandy.
  2. Close tightly. In 2 days, draw off sediments. Bottle tightly and seal.
  3. Wine improves with age...
  4. NOTES : May use scuppernongs.
