Ingredientes

  • 8 x Sprigs minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 2 x Whole hard-cooked diced Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry basil
  • 1 1/2 lb Round steak
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 x Strips diced bacon
  • 3 x Cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 x Onion, small/finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd pepper
  • 1 x Whole beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. Oil or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 x Spaghetti sauce (opt)
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano

Direcciones

  1. A GOOD MEAT RECIPE TO SERVE WITH LASAGNE Or possibly PASTA MEALS Place parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, hard-cooked Large eggs, diced bacon, pepper, and a healthy pinch of oregano in a bowl and mix well. Lb. the steak on both of its sides and lay it flat on a table. Spread mixed ingredients on top of steak.
  2. Fold edges in and roll. Tie securely with string.
  3. Dip rolled and tied steak in beaten egg, then in flour. Heat oil in a skillet, saute/fry steak on all sides till golden. Place in a roasting pan.
  4. Add in water and roast in a 350F. oven for 45 min.
  5. Cut into 1-1/2 inch slices and serve as is, or possibly pour spaghetti sauce over the steak, if you like.
