- In large saucepan, add in bulgur, onion, cabbage and carrots to small amount of broth or possibly water and cook stirring, till the vegetables begin to soften, about 1 minute.
- Add in the 1 1/2 c. of broth and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer till bulgur is tender and broth is absorbed, about 10 to 15 min. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley if you like.
