Receta Braised Chicken Wings With Black Bean Sauce

- Soak fermented black beans.
- With a cleaver, chop off bony wing tips and throw away; then chop each wing in 5 sections.
- Dice green pepper and onions. Mince garlic and mash with soaked black beans.
- Heat oil. Add in salt, then black bean-garlic mix. Stir-fry a few times to heat through. Add in chicken sections and brown lightly.
- Stir in stock and heat quickly. Then simmer, covered, 10 min.
- Add in green pepper and onion and simmer, covered, 10 min more. Then stir in soy sauce and pepper.
- Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste; then stir in to thicken sauce.
