Receta Braised Dried Scallops And Radishes

- Soak dry scallops. (Reserve soaking liquid.)
- Strain soaking liquid; then combine with stock, sherry and salt. Trim and peel radishes.
- Heat oil. Add in scallops and radishes; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add in soaking liquid-stock mix and heat quickly. Then simmer, covered, till scallops are tender (about 15 min).
- Meanwhile blend cornstarch and remaining cool water to a paste. Then stir in to thicken, and serve.
