Ingredientes

  • 10 x Dry scallops
  • 1 1/2 c. Soaking liquid
  • 1 c. Stock
  • 2 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 30 x Radishes
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Water

Direcciones

  1. Soak dry scallops. (Reserve soaking liquid.)
  2. Strain soaking liquid; then combine with stock, sherry and salt. Trim and peel radishes.
  3. Heat oil. Add in scallops and radishes; stir-fry 2 min.
  4. Add in soaking liquid-stock mix and heat quickly. Then simmer, covered, till scallops are tender (about 15 min).
  5. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and remaining cool water to a paste. Then stir in to thicken, and serve.
