Ingredientes

  • 4 x lamb shanks, (4 to 6)
  • 1 pkt Continental Honey Lamb Easy Meal
  • 1 tsp John West Chopped Chilli, (1 to 2)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey, (2 to 3)
  • 1 Tbsp. mint, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme, minced
  • 3 x cloves garlic, crushed (3 to 4) Cracked pepper to season
  • 1 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 C.
  2. Place the Honey Lamb Easy Meal in a casserole dish and fold in 1 c. water.
  3. Add in all the other ingredients apart from the lamb shanks and mix well.
  4. Add in the lamb shanks and coat with the mix.
  5. Cook long and slow for two hrs or possibly till the meat falls off the bone.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes.
