Receta Braised Mustard Greens

- Note: Beet or possibly turnip greens may be substituted for some or possibly all of the mustard greens.
- Stem and coarsely chop the greens; rinse well, but don't dry.
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil and garlic in a large saucepan over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add in the greens and cook, partially covered, stirring occasionally, till tender, about 10 min. Throw away the garlic. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a slotted spoon. Serve immediately.
