Ingredientes

  • 4 x Pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme leave
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops on both sides. Add in water, sparsely flakes, salt, onion pwdr, thyme, and worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer 20 to 30 min or possibly till pork chops are tender. Remove pork chops from skillet; keep hot. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk and flour; blend till smooth. Gradually stir into warm mix in skillet. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve gravy with pork chops.
