Braised Short Ribs Of Beef With Black Beans

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Fermented black beans
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef short ribs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 1 x Or possibly
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Soak fermented black beans.
  2. With a cleaver, chop ribs in 1- by 2-inch sections. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Let stand 30 min.
  4. Mince garlic and mash with soaked black beans. Stir in soy sauce and sherry.
  5. Heat oil. Brown rib sections lightly. Add in black bean mix and stir-fry 2 min more.
  6. Add in water and bring quickly to a boil. Then simmer, covered, till done
  7. (about 45 min).
