Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Whole Bran Cereal
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 x Large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 x 20 Ounce Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1/2 c. Melted Butter
  • 1 c. Plain Flour
  • 3/4 c. Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 c. Toasted Almonds, minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine bran & buttermilk; stand 5 mins to soften.
  2. Stir in Large eggs, undrained pineapple & melted butter.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda & nuts.
  4. Add in dry mix to wet mix and stir till just combined.
  5. Spoon into grased muffin pans, bake for 25 mins at 375F.
  6. Makes about 24 muffins
