Ingredientes

  • 1 (18 ounce) pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. brandy
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. cool whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. brandy

Direcciones

  1. Put together cake mix, pudding mix, nutmeg, large eggs, brandy, and oil. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed till smooth, 1 minute. Then at medium speed for 3 min.Pour into 3 greased and lightly floured 8 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  2. For icing, prepare pudding mix using whipping cream. Add in the brandy. Spread 1/3 of icing on first layer, 1/3 on second and remainder on top layer.
  3. Top may be garnished with 10x sugar through lace doily, strawberries, chocolate shaving, or possibly however you wish.
