3 lbs. pork loin roast
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice

1/4 c. apple brandy
1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Direcciones

Marinating time: 2 hrs. Baking time: 1 3/4 hrs. Oven temperature: 450 degrees and 350 degrees. Serves: 4 to 6.
