Ingredientes

  • 1 (11 1/4 ounce.) can condensed split pea soup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn corn
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas and carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. minced, peeled potatoes (2 med.)
  • 1 c. minced tomato (1 med.)
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 pound smoked bratwurst links, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. In a large kettle or possibly Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook over medium to low heat till vegetables are thawed and mix boils, about 10 min. Simmer, covered, for 25 to 30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  2. CROCKERY COOKER METHOD: In a 3 1/2 qt electric slow crockery cooker, combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 8 hrs or possibly till vegetables are tender.
