Ingredientes

  • 4 x Tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced. (3 c. )
  • 1 x - 27 ounce can sauerdraut, liquid removed and snipped
  • 1 lb Bratwurst links, halved crosswise
  • 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Caraway seed

  2. In a crockery cooker, stir together all ingredients. Stir in 1/4 c. water.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3 - 4 hrs.
