Braunschweiger turned into a creamy dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Braunschweiger (2 packages)
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayo (I use Light)
  • 2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (I use 1/3rd less fat)

Direcciones

  1. Bring Braunschweiger and cream cheese to room temperature. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. A fork works well to break up the Braunschweiger.
  2. Refrigerate for 24 hours for best flavor. Serve with crackers.
