Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 3 beaten Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. grated zucchini

Direcciones

  1. Mix the last 5 ingredients, then add in the first 6 ingredients and stir till blended. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
