This is a very summer dinner that your whole family will enjoy semi home made ,with a chicken from the deli or you can simply do as i do and roast your own.pair it up with slices of watermelon,some roasted corn on the cob with garlic butter ,lemonade for the kids and an ice cold beer for you ....yimmy

Ingredientes

  • 1 whole roasted chicken from the deli,cut up and diced
  • 4 large hard crusted rolls
  • 1head romaine chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1small cuke diced
  • 1 celery rib diced
  • 12 black olives
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/2 cupmayo
  • 1tsp mustard
  • salt -pepper to taste
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • 1cupcheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowlput chicken,romaine,tomatoes,cukes,celery,olivesmayo,mustard.garlic,
  2. lemon juice salt,pepper toss add bacon bits and cheese toss again
  3. Cut tops off rolls scoop out the middle fill
  4. with chicken salad put tops back on
  5. serve with watermelon wedge and corn roasted on the grill.
  6. Melt 1 stick of butter with 2 garlic cloves heat for 5 minutes and brush on corn
  7. serve with lemonade for the kids and a nice cold beer
  8. simple and delicious.
