Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. loaf white bread
  • Butter, sufficient to butter each slice of bread
  • 1 sm. onion, finely minced
  • 4 hard boiled Large eggs, finely minced
  • 1 c. celery, minced fine
  • 2 cans crab (about 2 c.)
  • 2 cans shrimp (about 2 c.)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise

Direcciones

  1. The day before, cut crust from bread and spread each slice with butter and cut into cubes. Mix with onions and Large eggs. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Four hrs before serving, add in celery, crab and shrimp. Mix well with mayonnaise. Let stand in refrigerator 4 hrs before serving.
