Ingredientes

  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well. Add in vegetable oil and mix well again. Extra bread crumb mix can be stored in a jar in refrigerator as long as chicken hasn't been in it.
  2. To use coating: Wash and skin chicken pcs. Dip chicken moistened with water in coating, arrange on foil line cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
