Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 quart To 3 qt Casserole dish
  • 12 x Large eggs
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Egg shade (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 ounce Dark rum, 1-1/2 shots, approximately
  • 1/4 c. Dark brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 lb Day old bread, cubed

Direcciones

  1. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and flavorings in a large bowl. Grease casserole dish. Place bread cubes in casserole dish. Pour liguid mix over bread cubes. Top with butter and brown sugar. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath at 300 degrees till pudding sets ( approx. 40 min )
