- Next, break your bread into small pieces and place in an eight inch square baking pan. Drizzle some melted butter or margarine all over your bread. At this point I normally also sprinkle some raisins over the bread for a more crunchy feel to the dish.
- Combine the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and cinnamon into a medium mixing bowl and beat this mixture well until it is thoroughly mixed together. For a richer taste to your pudding, you may substitute the milk for some whipping cream instead, and then top it all off with some vanilla sauce.
