Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. cubed (1/2") day-old cinnamon rolls - (packed)
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 8 lrg Large eggs
  • 4 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Half-and-half for serving

Direcciones

  1. Into a well greased 3-qt pan, pour cubed cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle raisins proportionately over all.
  2. In a mixer, blend Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla, mixing well. Pour egg mix over cinnamon rolls and raisins and allow to soak only 30 min.
  3. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 50 min. Remove from oven and let cold. Serve hot or possibly cool with half-and-half. Reheat in a microwave on low till hot if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 14 servings.
