Bread Pudding Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 8 slices bread, dry, toasted and torn up
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Few raisins

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in pan, add in bread, stir to coat bread. Put in 7 x 11 pan greased, with few raisins if you like.
  2. Mix together sugar, Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla, and pour over bread. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees till solid, approximately 30 min. May serve with Lemon Sauce.
