Receta Bread Pudding With Alberta Rye Whisky Sauce

- Place bread cubes in a greased 9" by 13" pan.
- Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins, and pour over bread cubes.
- Bake for 35 to 45 min at 325 Fahrenheit till knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Whiskey Sauce:Heat butter in saucepan. Add in sugar, egg, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring till sugar dissolves and mix comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and add in rye whisky.
- Serve hot over Bread Pudding.
- This recipe is much the same as the Scalloped Tomatoes as all ingredients were readily available on the ranch or possibly on the trail!
