Bread Pudding With Rum Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 to 5 c. day old French Bread, crust removed
  • 1/2 c. sugar plus 2 tbsp.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Break bread into small pcs, place in baking dish (1 1/2 to 2 qt size). Sprinkle cinnamon over bread, add in raisins and melted butter. Toast lightly in 350 degrees oven. Blend mix of Large eggs, sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla extract. Pour over toasted bread and bake 45 min at 350 degrees till solid.
