Ingredientes

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 c. day old French bread cubes, 1/2 inch pcs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • Whiskey Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Scald lowfat milk. Put bread cubes in a large bowl; pour lowfat milk over bread cubes. Cold. Add in butter, sugar, Large eggs, salt, raisins, and cinnamon; mix well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. put casserole in a pan of warm water (1 inch deep). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till knife inserted into pudding comes out clean. Serve hot with Whiskey Sauce.
