Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 whl Large eggs -- well beaten
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Zucchini -- grated

Direcciones

  1. With electric mixer, combine first seven ingredients. Then add in Large eggs, oil, vannilla, and zucchini. Mix well.
  2. Divide mix into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for approx.
  3. 1 hour or possibly till toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
  4. Cold on rack. Can be frzn if required.
