Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Veal steak
  • 4 Tbsp. Drippings
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 c. Water Bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Dip veal in egg and crumbs.Season.Brown in drippings,cooking on medium high to brown meat.Place in casserole or possibly baking dish. To drippings left in skillet.add in water and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over veal.Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.Serves 4 to 5.
